Mike Daniel brings over 20 years of marketing leadership, specializing in creative strategy, business development, and marketing analytics.
A sought-after public speaker and TEDx presenter, Mike is an award-winning filmmaker and entrepreneur with a proven track record of building and scaling businesses. During his tenure as Co-Founder and President of Final Cut Media in Northern California, he led innovative campaigns and optimized operations to drive sustained success. Mike has been honored with dozens of industry accolades, including acclaim for his work with public utilities, nonprofits, and government agencies developing best-in-class marketing and creative campaigns.
At Exposure, Mike combines his passion for storytelling with strategic vision, driving innovation, fostering strong client relationships, and positioning the company as a leader in media and marketing.

Steve Hunter
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Steve Hunter brings over 3 decades of media leadership experience to Exposure as Chief Operating Officer. With deep roots in the Tulsa and Oklahoma City markets, he is known for scaling media operations, managing high-performing teams, and driving strategic growth.
Previously, Steve served as Director of Radio Operations & Programming at Griffin Media, overseeing multiple successful stations, including "92.9 The Drive" and "98.5 The Bull." His leadership elevated audience engagement and operational efficiency across the group. At Cox Media Group, he spent over two decades managing flagship stations like "Mix 96" and "103.3 The Eagle," achieving consistent growth and market leadership.
At Exposure, Steve leverages his expertise in local markets and operational excellence to guide intelligent growth and solidify the company's position as a leader in media and marketing innovation.

Known for his ability to connect with clients and understand their unique needs, Andrew combines strategic thinking with creative execution to deliver campaigns that resonate and perform. His expertise spans client relationship management, campaign development, and aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives.
As Sales & Marketing Manager at Exposure, Andrew leverages his industry knowledge and collaborative approach to build strong relationships, craft impactful campaigns, and drive measurable results that contribute to client success and the company’s growth.

Until the Last Drop - Integrated Marketing Campaign
The Until the Last Drop campaign was a four-year collaborative effort with several public utilities to promote water conservation and sustainability. Our team managed every aspect of the campaign, delivering a full suite of creative and strategic services to ensure its success.
We created all campaign assets, including engaging video content, a comprehensive website, public relations management, media buying, and innovative creative materials. At the heart of the campaign was a documentary film we produced, which not only captured the urgency of water conservation but also resonated deeply with audiences. The documentary went on to win Best Documentary at prestigious festivals, including the New York Film Festival and the Los Angeles Film Festival.
The Until the Last Drop campaign set a new standard for public awareness initiatives, combining storytelling, strategic outreach, and impactful content to drive real change.
